    Rebecca’s recipes and cookbooks have literally been a lifesaver! And a delicious one at that! Being diagnosed with SIBO was just the start of a frustrating and overwhelming health journey that robbed me of my energy and normally sharp brain. Trying to deal with a restrictive diet on top of all that was just exhausting to even think about. Luckily, I found Rebecca and her meal plans and cookbooks. They made my life SO simple. All I basically had to do was buy the groceries and I was able to put healthy and DELICIOUS meals on the table for me and my family. I also love that she has taken many family favourites and comfort foods and SIBO-fied them so that folks like me with gut issues can still enjoy them. That has meant so much!! You don’t realize how much of an integral role in your life food plays until you can’t eat “normally” anymore.
