If you’re like many of my friends in the States, you’ll be celebrating the Super Bowl this Sunday. Whether you enjoy sports or not, the Super Bowl is a fun time to get together with friends and family. Plus, let’s not forget the delicious spread of finger foods and appetizers. If you’ve got SIBO, you might feel like there’s no point in even celebrating because there’s nothing you can eat, but I'm here to tell you that’s not true.

Today I’m sharing my favourite Super Bowl party recipes. I’ve turned a handful of Super Bowl staples into SIBO friendly versions. So whether you’re hosting your own Super Bowl party, or you’re going to one and need a dish to bring along, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from.
